Classes can have an Incomplete, Upcoming, Active or Archived status. What do these mean?
Within the Class Manager system, every class is allocated a specific status, offering important insights into its current condition. Here is the breakdown of what each status signifies:

Upcoming:
- If the class dates are in the future, it is marked as Upcoming.
- This status indicates that the class is fully prepared and awaiting its start date.

Active:
- Once the start date of the class arrives, its status automatically changes to Active.
- This signifies that the class is currently ongoing and operational.
- Archived:
- After the class has been completed and the end date is in the past, its status changes to Archived.
- Archived classes are finalized and no longer open for enrolment or modifications.
- If you have set up a class with dates that have already passed, you can copy the class, adjust the dates accordingly, and then delete the archived one.

Incomplete:
- Incomplete status is assigned when the setup for a class is not yet complete.
- When you hover over the status, the system will highlight what components are missing.
