Modifying the Status of Students
Note: Deletion is a permanent action and cannot be reversed.
At times, you may encounter situations where a student temporarily leaves the school, or perhaps they've departed but you still wish to retain their records. In such cases, you can designate them as inactive, ensuring they remain stored within your account without receiving invoices or being added to classes. If you decide to permanently remove a student from your account along with their records, follow these steps:
To delete a student profile:
- Click

to the right ofStudents
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Locate the student's profile (or use the global search).
- After opening their page, click on
Delete
. - Select
Yes
to confirm the deletion.
