Give your staff access to Class Manager by creating staff accounts for registering enrolments or general admin use.
If you have wonderful staff members assisting you in your school, it's important to have them set up in Class Manager so they can smoothly join classes or manage tasks 🗒️ Here's how you can create a new staff member:
- Click

to the right ofStaff
. - In the expanded menu click
Create
. - Fill in their essential details like their first name, surname, and email address. These are crucial for their profile setup.
- Additionally, you can provide more information such as their photo, date of birth, gender, complete address, and any DBS/Security check code. You can also add multiple phone numbers if needed. The more information, the better!
- Once you are happy with the information you have added, just click
Save
to create the staff member's account.

Once you've input all the required information, your new staff member is good to go!
Before they dive in, it may be important for you to set up the appropriate staff permissions. As the admin user, you hold the reigns to control their access levels.
