Keeping track of attendance is essential, and Class Manager provides convenient options for updating and managing registers.
You can update registers online or download them as a PDF for paper copies.
Accessing Class Registers (Online):
Whether it's the day of the lesson or any other day, accessing your class registers is simple and straightforward.
- If it's the day of the lesson:
- Navigate to your
Dashboard
. - Locate the
Upcoming Lessons
widget.
💡 You can use the toggle options to filter by Today or Week, and choose Mine to view your classes or All to see everything. - Click on the class link provided to access the registers.
- Navigate to your
- On other days:
- Click

to the right ofClasses
. - In the expanded menu click
View All
. - Select the relevant season and locate the class.
- Select the class and head over to the
Lessons
tab. - Click on the
Register
button on the specific lesson to access it.
- Click
Once you've accessed the relevant lesson registers as described in the steps above, you'll see a user-friendly interface where you can mark attendance for each student.
- Simply click on 'Present', 'Absent', or 'Late' for each student.
- If you choose 'Absent', the system provides predefined reasons for absence. )You can customise these reasons as needed by referring to our article on ➡️ Customising Absence Reasons).
- After marking attendance for all students, remember to click
Save
on the upper right to update the register.
Accessing and recording attendance for staff members:
Staff members can access and record attendance in their classes. However, it may be necessary to adjust their permissions to ensure they can access all classes or just their own.

To access their assigned class registers, they need at least:
- Attendance section: List Own Attendances, Create Own Attendances, Update Own Attendances, and Delete Own Attendances permission
- Widget section: See the Lessons widget permission to view the Upcoming Lessons widget from the Dashboard.

You and your staff can conveniently mark attendance using the mobile app. Simply navigate to the Today Lessons widget on the Dashboard, where you can filter classes see your classes or view all.
Marking attendance is streamlined and efficient. With just one tap, you can mark all students as present or absent collectively, or choose to mark them individually. This allows you to update attendance seamlessly, whether you're in the studio or on the move.
