What discount scheme should I choose?

Deciding how you discount your customers and what scheme to choose in your settings.

By creating your discount scheme in your settings, your invoices will then apply the rules within the scheme automatically to any invoices that are generated.

There are 4 discount schemes you can choose from:

1. Discounts based on invoiced classes

Discounts apply to each separate class amount on an invoice, based on the number of classes that each student undertakes or the number of students on an invoice.

2. Discounts based on invoiced students

Discount each student separately, discount the whole student based on the number of classes each student undertakes.
This means that if you have a customer/parent that has multiple students it will apply to each students class cost total separately.

3. Discounts based on invoiced customer

Discount each customer, discount the customer based on the total number of classes all of their students undertake.
This means whether it is a single student on an invoice or there are multiple students it will take the discount from the invoice total.

4. Discounts based on invoice classes quantity


With this scheme, you can apply a discount to the Xth class based on the total number of classes on the invoice across all students
